The Norbertine Hermitage retreat is available for private retreats. Retreatants may rent our individual hermitages to allow for a deeper encounter with the silence and natural environment of the Hermitage Retreat, desert and monastic setting.

Retreatants are welcome to join the Norbertine Community in daily morning prayer, contemplative Eucharist and evening prayer. Spiritual direction is available by appointment. Private retreatants have access to the Church of Santa Maria de la Vid, the Desert Chapel of the Baptist, the Norbertine Library and the natural desert environment.

Meals are not provided for private retreatants. However, each hermitage is equiped with a small kitchen that allows those on retreat to prepare their own meals in solitude.
